Cancellation Policy:

 

In case we receive cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been "processed" by the seller, the order cannot be cancelled. MyKarv has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by MyKarv and accept MyKarv’s decision regarding cancellation.

MyKarv reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

 

Returns & Exchange:

 

At “MyKarv”, we strive to deliver to you the best quality of products in the least time. Our endeavor is to give you the best online shopping experience with every click. In case you are not satisfied with our products or services, please have a look at the below policy on returns:

 

1. You can return a product if you have received one that is faulty/defective or physically damaged. You can write to us at support@mykarv.com for return if you are unhappy with the product quality or if it is different from the description on the website. You can also return a    product if there is a size or fit issue. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date.

 

2. E-mail us at ‘support@mykarv.com ’ to avail the facility of Reverse Pick Up (RPU).

 

3. Your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that “MyKarv” shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations on the basis of the customers' emails.

 

 4. Please have your Order Number/Registered Email id, Product Name and your Pick-Up Address information ready before you mention them in your email in order to receive a RPU confirmation. Once you receive your RPU confirmation, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging, unused and unwashed; and returned with tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

 

 5. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

 

6. Once we receive your return, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed and returned within 7 days.

 

 7. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

 8. Once the return is filed, you should dispatch/return the packages within 7 days from the date of reverse pick up of the product.

 

 9. If you have opted for RPU then “MyKarv” will arrange for a suitable time to get the product picked up from the given pick up address within 7 days from the date of reverse pick up of the product.

 

 10. Return pick up (RPU) charges would be same as delivery charges depending on the weight of the parcel and conditions mentioned for delivery charges.

 

 11. Once the returned products meet the above return specifications post quality check, we will ship the replacement or refund the customer in the form of Store Credit. Please note that the store credit can only be used for products of the same or higher value.

 

 12. We want your satisfaction. Unfortunately if the replacement is not available, we shall refund the amount for the same.

 

 13. Return Policy applicable only for orders and shipments within India
